Validate DIWASS Travas B.V.
You already have an EU Login account and your organisation is already registered as an operator in ENV-TRACES. Travas has submitted a user request. You only need to approve this request.
The user request from Travas is ready for your operator. You confirm it in a few steps.
- 1Go to Actors → UsersVia the navigation menu at the top or ENV-TRACES
- 2Find the pending requestClick “Search pending requests”
- 3Validate DIWASS Travas B.V.Click the green check mark and then “Save changes”
Go to Actors → Users
In ENV-TRACES, open the Actors menu and then select Users. You will then arrive at the Search users.
- 1Click “Actors”This is at the top of the main menu.
- 2Click “Users”Under “Individuals” in the dropdown menu.
- 3Click “Search pending requests”This button is in the top right or the “Search users” screen.
Find the pending request
Click Search pending requests. The open request will then appear at the bottom or the table.
- 1Click “Search pending requests”At the top right or the page.
- 2Check the row at the bottomIt should show DIWASS Travas B.V..
- 3Open the requestClick View to open the request.
Validate DIWASS Travas B.V.
Open the user request and approve the requested role. Then click Save changes.
- 1Click the green check markThis approves the request.
- 2Click “Save changes”This saves the validation definitively.
Connection active
The role has been approved and saved. DIWASS Travas B.V. is now validated as a user for your operator.

In this short route, you approve Travas' user request in ENV-TRACES. This is only needed if your organisation already exists as an operator and you have administrator rights.
